Product: PayrollAny
Platform: Web
Access level: Users with Payroll access and permission to view employee wages. The option appears only when statutory adjustments are enabled for the organisation.
When a pending Singapore pay run needs a statutory correction, you can adjust its Employee CPF, Employer CPF, SDL or existing Self-Help Group (SHG) amount. StaffAny keeps the system-calculated amount so you can reset an adjustment later.
This guide will cover how to:
Open the statutory adjustment flow
On Web, go to Payroll > Month Total.
Select the month and business entity for the Singapore payroll you want to adjust.
Open the adjustment flow
Open Action and select Adjust Statutory Amount.
Select staff and adjust pending pay runs
On Select Staff, search for and select the employees you need to adjust, then select Continue.
Edit statutory amounts
On Adjust Amounts, find the relevant pending pay run for each employee. You can change Employee CPF, Employer CPF, SDL, and the amount for the employee’s existing SHG fund.
Review totals and save
Review the pay run values and the Month Total row. Enter the corrected amounts, then select Adjust.
Finalised pay runs and pay runs with a payment already created cannot be adjusted in this flow. The SHG fund itself cannot be changed here.
Confirm or reset an adjustment
Review the Confirm statutory adjustment message, then select Confirm to save the changes. The adjusted amounts then appear in the relevant payroll totals and outputs.
Reset an adjustment
To restore a pending pay run’s system-calculated statutory values, use Reset on that pay run row, then select Adjust and confirm to save the reset.
If you add or reorder pay runs later, the month’s statutory totals may change. Review the totals again before finalising payroll or creating payment.
FAQ
Can I adjust statutory amounts after finalising a pay run or creating payment?
No. Those pay run rows are locked in this adjustment flow.
Can I change the SHG fund or opt an employee in or out here?
No. You can adjust only the amount for an existing SHG fund.
What does Reset restore?
Reset returns the pay run to StaffAny’s system-calculated statutory values. It does not restore an earlier manually adjusted value.
