Managing Brands and Perks on ClubAny

Create and manage ClubAny brands and perks so your users can browse the correct perk catalogue on the mobile app.

Grow your brand visibility by featuring your brand and perks on ClubAny, where you can reach the entire StaffAny community. Accessible to all StaffAny users on the mobile app, ClubAny makes perk discovery and redemption quick and seamless. All paying customers can add their brand and upload perks to connect with more potential customers.

In ClubAny, a brand contains the main business profile, while each perk is created under a brand and contains the perk details that users will redeem. Learn more on how to redeem perks here.

This guide will cover how to:


Managing Brands

There are 3 tabs to group brands in the main ClubAny page:

Tab Name

Description

All

Shows all active brands with at least 1 active perk across the entire StaffAny user base.

Active

Shows all active brands created by your organisation.

Inactive

Shows all inactive brands created by your organisation.

Adding Brands

  1. In the web app, go to Settings > ClubAny. On this page, you can view all the brands with at least one active perk that have been added by the StaffAny customer base.

  2. Click Add Brand.

  3. Enter the fields in the modal:

    1. Enter the brand Name.

    2. Fill in the brand Description if you want users to see more context about the brand.

    3. Add the brand Logo if you want the brand to be easier for users to identify in the catalogue.

  4. Click Add. The brand will now be created in ClubAny and can be used when you add perks.

Note: An active brand will still not appear in the mobile catalogue until it has at least one active perk linked to it.

Editing Brands

  1. Go to Settings > ClubAny > Click Edit on the brand you want to update.

  2. Update fields such as Brand Name, Description, or Logo URL.

  3. Click Save.

Archiving / Unarchiving Brands

  1. Go to Settings > ClubAny > Go to the brand you want to update.

  2. Change Status:

    1. Click on the Archive button for the brand to set to Inactive

    2. Click on the Unarchive button for the brand to set to Active


Managing Perks

Adding Perks

  1. In the web app, go to Settings > ClubAny > select brand to add perk

  2. Click Add Perk.

  3. Enter the fields in the modal. These fields are all user-facing so they should be written clearly before you activate the perk.

    1. Enter the perk Name.

    2. Fill in Participating Outlets so users know where the perk can be used.

    3. Fill in Terms and Conditions so users can review the perk rules before redeeming it.

  4. Click Save. The perk will be visible to all staff.

Editing Perks

  1. In the web app, go to Settings > ClubAny > select brand > go to perk to edit

  2. Click on Edit > Edit fields such as Perk Name, Participating Outlets, or Terms and Conditions.

  3. Click Save.

Archiving / Unarchiving Perks

  1. Go to Settings > ClubAny > select brand > go to the perk you want to update.

  2. Change Status:

    1. Click on the Archive button for the perk to set to Inactive

    2. Click on the Unarchive button for the perk to set to Active


FAQ

Q: Why is my brand not showing in the ClubAny catalogue?

A: The brand must be Active, and it must also have at least one Active perk before it appears in the catalogue.

Q: Can I create a perk without a brand?

A: No. Each perk must be created under an existing brand.

Q: What happens when I archive a perk?

A: The perk will no longer appear in the active catalogue, and users will not be able to redeem it.
