The Malaysia Payroll reports section gives you a monthly overview of each employee's pay and statutory contributions, and lets you download submission files for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
This guide will cover the following:
Viewing the Monthly Payroll Summary
The monthly payroll summary shows a consolidated view of all employees' pay and statutory contributions for a given month.
Go to Payroll, select month total, and select a completed month.
The summary table displays the following columns for each employee:
Column | Description |
Employee Name | The employee's name. |
Salary | Total salary for the month. |
Bonus | Any bonus pay included in the month. |
PCB | Monthly income tax deducted. |
HRDF | Employer HRDF levy. |
Employee EPF | Employee's EPF contribution. |
Employer EPF | Employer's EPF contribution. |
Employee SOCSO | Employee's SOCSO contribution (includes SKBBK deduction). |
Employer SOCSO | Employer's SOCSO contribution (includes SKBBK). |
Employee EIS | Employee's EIS contribution. |
Employer EIS | Employer's EIS contribution. |
Columns are sortable. The table includes a summary row at the bottom with totals across all employees.
Downloading Statutory Submission Files
StaffAny generates ready-to-submit files for EPF, SOCSO + EIS, and PCB. Click Download in the monthly payroll view to access the following options:
Download Option | Description |
Monthly Payroll Report | Navigate to the full payroll report for the month. |
All Monthly Payslips | Download all employee payslips for the month as a single file. |
KWSP EPF CSV | EPF submission file in CSV format for upload to the KWSP i-Akaun portal. |
SOCSO + EIS | Combined SOCSO and EIS submission file (includes SKBBK). |
PCB CP39 | PCB monthly tax deduction submission file (CP39 format) for LHDN. |
Note: EPF Number and PCB Number on each employee profile are optional. If an employee's EPF Number is blank, StaffAny fills the member number field with zeros in the KWSP EPF CSV. If the PCB Number is blank, StaffAny fills the tax reference field with zeros in the PCB CP39 file. Both files can still be downloaded and submitted when these numbers are empty.
FAQ
Where do I submit the EPF CSV file?
Upload the KWSP EPF CSV to the KWSP i-Akaun employer portal at secure.kwsp.gov.my.
Where do I submit the PCB CP39 file?
Submit the CP39 file through the LHDN MyTax portal (e-PCB Plus module).
Where do I submit the SOCSO + EIS file?
Submit the SOCSO + EIS file through the PERKESO ASSIST portal.
Can I download reports for a specific business entity if I have multiple?
Yes. The monthly payroll view is grouped by business entity. Select the relevant entity's table before downloading.
The All Monthly Payslips option is not showing — why?
This option is only available when combined bank files and payslips generation is enabled for your organisation. Contact your StaffAny account manager if you do not see this option.
