FAQ
Why does my organisation not have all the default leave types listed here?
If your organisation was created before StaffAny introduced these defaults, or you manually deleted a leave type, it will not appear automatically. You can add it back manually under Settings > Off and Leave > Add Leave.
Can I add leave types that are not in the default list?
Yes. Use the Add Leave button under Settings > Off and Leave to create any custom leave type for your organisation.
The Maternity Leave default shows 90 days. The law says 98 days. What should I do?
The Employment Act (Amendment) 2022 increased maternity leave to 98 consecutive days. Update the entitlement manually under Settings > Off and Leave to reflect this. StaffAny recommends consulting your HR or legal advisor to confirm the applicable entitlement for your organisation.
