In order to make the best use of template feature in HRAny, these are some tips that you can do in order to make the generated document looks more neat and professional:

  1. Use Helvetica
    Right now, it is recommended if the document that you intended to be a template uses Helvetica as its typeface. The system currently does not support any other typeface.If you have a request for a particular typeface to be supported, please let us know!​

  2. Alignment

    To make sure that the generated information horizontally aligned with the template, we have a few tips: 1) Make sure that the height of the field is as precise as possible, 2) align the field text to be the same as the text on the template. Additionally, If you are using a colon, align the field text to the same baseline as the colon’s lower dot. This is the example:

  3. Not to put template fields within a sentence

    It is not recommended to put template fields within a sentence, since you may not know whether the space that is allocated to each template field is not enough or even too big. This is an example of multiple fields being put within a sentence.
