  1. Go to Payroll > Payments.

  2. Find the payment that contains the payroll you want to process.

FAQ

Q: What recipient reference appears in the bank file?

StaffAny sets the recipient reference to <Month> <Year> Salary (for example, January 2026 Salary). This appears on both the sender and beneficiary statement.

Q: Why is no bank file generated for my Business Entity?

A bank file is only generated when the Business Entity is set to Public Bank under Bank Details and has a bank account number. Verify the Business Entity bank settings under Payroll > Business Entities > Edit > Bank Details. Also ensure that payroll participants have a take-home pay greater than zero.
