Payroll is here! The StaffAny mobile app lets you view your payslip directly in the app — no download required. You can also download payslips to your device whenever you need them.

How to View Payslips in Mobile App
When your HR publishes the payroll, you will receive a notification that your payslip is ready. You can preview it directly inside the app without downloading.
Tap More at the bottom-right of the app navigation.
Tap My Payslip.
Browse to the month you want. Tap the 👁 Preview icon next to the payslip row. The payslip opens and displays as a PDF directly inside the app.
How to Download Payslips in Mobile App
When your HR already publish the payroll in the StaffAny app, you will receive a notification for your payslip.
To download the payslip:
Tap the More icon in the bottom-right corner of the navigation menu
Within the More menu, tap on My Payslip
Set the year and browse through the months to locate the specific payslip you want to download and then tap on the Download button
Monthly Overall: Includes payroll data from all payments for the month
Payment payslips: Includes payroll data from payslips in a payment
Your downloaded payslip will be saved in your device's download folder or another designated location depending on your settings. Your payslip should look like this:
Frequently Asked Questions on Viewing and Downloading Payslips
Q: What is the difference between the Preview icon and the Download icon?
The Preview (👁 eye) icon opens your payslip inside the app so you can read it immediately without saving it to your device. The Download icon saves the payslip PDF to your device’s download folder for offline access. You can use both independently.
Q: When will I receive my payslips? Why haven’t I received my payslips?
A: You will receive your payslip approximately at 8 AM on the pay date set by your HR. If you are unable to find your payslips, it is most likely that your HR has not published them for your viewing yet. Please contact them for more information.
Q: Why did I get an "Unpublished Payslip" notification? Why is my payslip missing or removed from the mobile app?
A: Your payslip isn't currently available because your HR unpublished the payroll and need to modify past payslips. They will publish a new payslip once they're done. In the meantime, feel free to check with your HR for more information.
