This guide explains how admins can manage Wall posts to prevent inappropriate content, helping maintain a positive and engaging environment for employees.

Types of Inappropriate Posts

Here are some inappropriate posts, we highly recommend to take action against to protect your staff:

  • hate/harassment, threats

  • sexual content,

  • personal data (NRIC, phone, bank info) and confidential business info (pricing, payroll, customer data)

  • malware/phishing links


Deleting Staff's Posts

All owners have the ability to delete any staff’s post. To delete a post,

  1. Tap on the “...” button at the top right corner of a post

  2. Tap on “Delete Post

Tap on “Delete” in the confirmation modal and the post will be deleted
