Leave Dashboard

View leave applications and manually assigned leaves

Access Level: Owner & Manager

The leave dashboard shows both leave applications and manually assigned leaves. It serves three primary purposes:

  1. HRs and owners can view and chase on all pending leave approvals, even if they are not the designated approvers.

  2. HRs and owners can track manually assigned leaves

  3. Approvers can efficiently manage leave requests by viewing the number of staff members on leave for a specific date.

This guide will cover the following:


Viewing Leaves

This dashboard is available to all owners and manaber

  1. To view the leave dashboard, go to Leave > Leave Dashboard

  2. Use the start-end date filter, search filter and other table filters to pull out the data you would like to view

There are 4 types of statuses:

Status

Description

Pending

1st/2nd Approver

Leave applications that are pending action from assigned approvers or users with approve on behalf of permission group.

Approved

Approved leave applications. You can still decline the leave application.

Declined

Declined leave applications. No edits allowed.

Assigned

Leaves are manually assigned on schedule or timesheet page. You are able to edit the leave details here.


Exporting Leave Dashboard

Note: The export does not follow as filters added

  1. To export the data in the leave dashboard, go to Leave > Dashboard > Export

  2. An .xlsx file will be downloaded to your device

The export will show these additional information:

  • Adjustment reason (for off-in-lieu types)

  • Date applied

  • Reason

  • 1st Approver / Action By (For Assigned)

  • 1st Approver Status

  • 1st Approver Date/Time

  • 2nd Approver / Action By (For Assigned)

  • 2nd Approver Status

  • 2nd Approver Date/Time

  • Approval Notes

  • System Notes
