"I do not see the leave types for my staff in schedule!"

"I do not see the leave types for my staff in schedule!" Is that what you are facing? If so, let us help you!

This situation happened because the staff is not tagged to any leave types. There are two ways to solve it:

Option 1: Immediate solution

Option 2: Long term automatic solution

  • For automatic allocation of Off Days (and other similarly unlimited leave types) for all new staff going forward.

  • For leave migration we recommend the following steps to ensure you have accurate leave balance from pro-ration and migration:

    1. Update leave balance from migration
