Who can do this?

The highest approver can edit or cancel a staff's leave after it has been approved.

If your organisation is on a 1-tier approval system, the approver can edit/cancel the leave.

If your organisation is on a 2-tier approval system:

  • ONLY the 2nd approver can edit/cancel the leave if the application is approved by 2nd approver.

  • 1st approver can edit/cancel the leave if the application is not approved by 2nd approver YET.

Staff can edit/withdraw/cancel the approved leave too.


Edit Approved Leave

  1. In Web app, go to Schedule > Click on an approved leave.

    OR

    In Web app, go to Timesheet> Click on an approved leave.

  2. Click on Accepted.

  3. Click on Edit.

  4. You are only allowed to edit leave hours/day and comment for your staff.

  5. Click Save after changes has been made.


Cancel Approved Leave

  1. In Web app, go to Schedule > Click on an approved leave.

    OR

    In Web app, go to Timesheet> Click on an approved leave.

  2. Click on Accepted.

  3. Click on Decline.
