StaffAny's Singapore payslip generator is a free online tool that allows business owners and HRs in Singapore to save time generating and distributing payslips to their employees.

Payslips can be sent directly to employees’ emails, while staff information can be saved for bookkeeping and future use.

How to Fill Up Payroll Information

There are three ways that you can fill up staff payroll information in the table:

  1. Export staff information and hours from StaffAny - only available for users with a StaffAny account!

  2. Manually fill up the table

  3. Copy and paste past month’s data

Note: We do not support Additional Wages at the moment. It is assumed to be $0 in our CPF calculations.

Export Staff Information and Hours from StaffAny

To save time from manually typing in staff payroll information in the table, you can follow the steps below:

  1. In StaffAny, go to Timesheets. Ensure that your timesheets are ready for payroll

  2. Click on “Export Filtered” > “StaffAny Payslip Generator

  3. Select Pay Period and Payment Date

  4. Select the staff that you want to generate payslips for

    • Only staff with clocked hours and leaves taken within the pay period will be displayed on this page

    • Up to 100 staff can be exported at once

  5. Click on Generate Payslips

  6. Click on Proceed to continue to our payslip tool. The website will be opened on another tab.

  7. On the payslip website, the company information fields and staff information table will be automatically filled with information available from StaffAny. Hourly and Salaried staff will be split under two different tabs, each with its own table.

    This is the breakdown on how information is mapped from StaffAny to the payslip tool:

Note: If a field stays empty on the payslip tool, it is likely that there is no value or data saved on StaffAny.

8. You can continue to make changes to payroll information in this table

  • You can use CTRL C + CTRL V to copy and paste information across the table

  • You may add up to 100 rows at once

  • Ensure that all required fields(*) are filled

9. Click on the checkbox to acknowledge our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Fill Up the Table Manually

To generate payslips, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the checkbox to acknowledge our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

  2. Fill up all required company information.

    It is optional to upload an image of your company logo. Take note that only PNG or JPG files with a max file size of 1MB are accepted.

3. Fill up payroll information for each staff in this table

  • You can use CTRL C + CTRL V to copy and paste information across the table

  • You may add up to 100 rows at once

  • Ensure that all required fields(*) are filled

Note: All data will be lost if you refresh the page

Copy and Paste from Past Month’s Data

If you have the CSV file of past payroll information, you can copy and paste the data directly from the CSV file and into the table to save time. Read here to learn how to save payroll information.

  1. Download and open the Payroll_Data_(date).csv file from your email

  2. Copy all values in the CSV, excluding the headers

  3. Go to https://www.staffany.com/payslip-template-singapore-generator/, acknowledge the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and fill in required company information.

  4. In the payroll information table, select either the Hourly Staff or Salaried Staff table.

  5. Select the Full Name cell of an empty row. Paste the value into the table using CTRL + V.

  6. The data should be displayed as shown below:


How to Preview Payslips

All required fields(*) must be filled before you can generate/preview a payslip.

  1. Click on the eye icon

  2. The payslip PDF will open on a separate tab

    Note: If the payslip PDF does not open, please disable your pop-up blockers


How to Distribute Payslips

There are two ways that you can distribute payslips:

  1. Mass send payslips via email

  2. Preview to download payslip

Mass Send Payslips via Email

The mass send feature sends the payslip PDF files to your staff’s email with a single click on a button, and you will be BCC’ed in each sent email. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Once the staff’s payroll information and email address has been filled, click on Email payslips to hourly/salaried staff

    Please ensure that the staff’s email address has been entered correctly. The payslips cannot be sent if there is no email found or if it is written in the wrong format.

  2. Fill up your name and email address so that you can be BCC-ed in each sent email. You will be notified of any undelivered payslips through your email.

  3. Click on send to all hourly/salaried staff

  4. Check your email

Preview to Download Payslip

  1. Click on the eye icon to preview the payslip PDF file of the staff

  2. The payslip PDF will open on another tab. Click on the download icon to download the payslip as a PDF file.


How to Save Payroll Information

You can save the data entered in the staff payroll information table as a CSV file for bookkeeping, and for future use of the payslip tool.

  1. Once the staff’s payroll information and email address has been filled, click on Save hourly / salaried payroll data

  2. Fill up your name and email address so that the CSV file can be sent to your email.

  3. Click on Email me a copy

  4. Check your email
