There are 4 access levels that determine what the users can and cannot do on EngageAny.

This guide will cover the following:


Reward

Create a new reward

Edit a reward

Redeem a reward

Approve a request for redeeming a reward

Note: Only for Supervisors and Employees

Get notified when there are requests for redeeming a reward

Get notified when managers create and edit a reward

Get notified when managers take action on redemption requests, i.e. approve or fulfill.
