Troubleshooting: Cannot Receive Notifications

Notifications are only available on the mobile app. If you cannot receive in-app notifications, you can:

  1. Check if your mobile phone device notifications are turned on to receive push notifications from StaffAny

  2. On StaffAny app, click on the Bell icon and see if the notification is shown there.
