When logging into the StaffAny app, you might encounter a display of white empty display on the app.

To resolve this, you can try to refresh yours/your staffs account stale data or do a hard refresh (Only available on WebApp) as last resort.

Here's how:

Via Web App:

If you're a manager/owner access level. You can access the refresh token by going to the My Team tab > staff with stale data > Click on the ‘ Refresh account’ button.

Hard Refresh

To hard refresh your app, right click on your WebPage (Anywhere is fine) and you will see an "Inspect" button like in this picture. Click it.


There will be a console log popping up on the right side of the screen (Don't worry about it), go to the "Refresh" button on the top left side and right click on it. After that, choose the "Empty Cache and Hard Reload" option.

Voila! You just hard refreshed your WebApp! Now you can close the console log by pressing the "X" button on the top right side to go back using your default view.

Via Mobile App:

Your manager can also refresh your account on the mobile app too. Go to my team > click on staff’s name with stale data > Click on ‘Refresh account’.
