How to contact StaffAny Support

Learn how to contact our Support Team if you're having any kind of difficulties!

StaffAny have a dedicated support line on Intercom that will swiftly answer any inquiries that you may have! Here's how to reach them.



On WebApp

If you're using StaffAny on the WebApp, there will be a green colored button at the bottom right of the screen. Click on it.

After clicking it, there will be an article recommendation and a button to "Send us a message" , click it.

After clicking the button, there will be a field to enter your message, after you're done filling it with your question, click the send button.

Voila! Our support team will receive the message and will reply to you as soon as possible!


On Mobile App

If you're using the Mobile App. You can reach our support team by either going through the "More" tab, and then select the "Help" button or using the Contact Support button that's showing in lots of the clock in/clock out process related in our app.

Using the Help button

After clicking the help button, there will be a button to send a message. Click it

Here, you can put what kind of question/difficulties that you're currently facing and then you can press the send button when you're done. (Additionally, please make sure that you're providing a screenshot of the problem so that our Customer Support team will be able to pinpoint accurately on what the problem is).


Using Contact Support Button

The other way to contact our support team is to use the "Contact Support" button. By using this feature, there will be a pre-filled templates that showing the details on which part that you're having the problem in our app.

Please DO NOT delete these prefilled template because this is required for our support team to diagnose your issue accurately. After that you can click the send button!


And you're done! Our support team will receive the message and will reply to you as soon as possible!
