This article will help you to set up in case you're having a case when you need to track your staff clock records in a more flexible settings. For example if you want to capture the staffs Clock in/Clock out records throughout the day. So our Timesheet will be able to capture their first time in and their last time out for the ease of processing payroll.
Setting Up
First of all, you need to have a section with "Flexi Daily" as the selected Scheduling method.
You can find this settings by going through Settings > Section > Select the section
After choosing the section, you to make sure that the scheduling method is set to "Flexi Daily"

For the clocking method, it will be the best to set it up as "GPS Timeclock" since the staff will be mobile/moving into multiple place at one shifts. You can also add an additional verification such as photo and spoofing prevention.
Lastly, you can tag the staff into the flexi section by going through MyTeam > Select the staff > Click the Work Information > Tag the Flexi Section into the staff.
And you're done!
Staff Guide
After your manager have set up the flexi section. You can start clocking in and out into your shift! Here's how!
On your Mobile App, go through the Daily tab and then select the Send Unscheduled Shift Request.
After that select the Flexi Section. (For example here we're using Delivery Drivers section)
Follow the usual clock in steps like checking your location, taking a picture (optional) etc until you're ended with a checked in screen like in this picture.
After you're done with your shift, click the clock out button. Follow the usual clock-out process again until you're reached the check out page.
If you have multiple stops and need to track the clock out timing again, you can press the "Worked More?" button to add another clock out timing on your shift.
And you're good to go! Here's how it looks like on your managers. They will be able to see multiple clock records and able to see the location and the photo that you've taken in the shift (optional)
