Selected staff can now submit edit requests for their clock in/out times directly from the mobile app. This helps employees who forgot to clock in/out, experience lagging when clock in/out, etc. Managers and owners need to review and approve/reject these requests within the app.
Approved hours will be officially recorded as part of a staff member's total work hours. Otherwise, when declined, the original recorded clock in or clock out time will be used.

How to Submit Edit Attendance Request
The Edit Attendance Request button CANNOT be accessed if the owner or manager has not enabled the feature for you.
If the feature has been enabled for you, here are some scenarios on why you are not able to find the button:
Staff has not clocked into the shift + the scheduled clock out time has not yet passed
How to resolve: Please clock into your shift first to access the button
Staff has an unapproved Unscheduled Clock In and Clock out request
How to resolve: Your Unscheduled request must be approved before you can access the button
Staff has an unapproved Work More Approval request
How to resolve: Your Work More Approval request must be approved / declined before you can access the button
If you are able to access the Edit Attendance Request button and need to submit a request with a valid reason, follow the steps below:
Go to Daily Tab > Tap on Send Edit Attendance Request
Fill in the Edit Attendance Request form and submit it
Wait for the section owner or manager to approve the request

Owners or managers will always view and manage the latest edit attendance request for that shift
