There might be times when you're facing some technical issues with the StaffAny mobile app. By uninstalling and reinstalling the app, sometimes it will fix the issue.
Take note that not all issue will be fixed after uninstall/reinstalling the app so please use it only as a last resort!
For Android
Uninstalling the App
1. Open Settings on your device.
2. Tap on Apps.
3. Select See all apps.
4. Find the app you want to remove and select it.
5. Tap Uninstall.
6. Select OK.
Reinstalling the App
On your Android phone or tablet, open Google Play Store
On the right, tap the profile icon.
Tap Manage apps & device > Manage.
Select the apps you want to install or turn on.
If you can't find the app, at the top, tap This device >
Not installed.
Tap Install or Enable.

For iOS
Uninstalling the App
There are two ways to uninstall the app on iOS side.
Remove an app from the Home Screen: Touch and hold the app on the Home Screen, tap Remove App, then tap Remove from Home Screen to keep it in App Library, or tap Delete App to delete it from iPhone.
Delete an app from App Library: Touch and hold the app in App Library, tap Delete App, then tap Delete.
Reinstalling the App
Open the App Store app.
Find the app that you want to download, then tap the Download button.
