Downloading and Setting Up StaffAny
Login
StaffAny is available for download from the App store and Play store.
Your mobile number is your unique user ID. Please login with the same mobile number your manager added in. An SMS OTP will be sent to verify your account. For more information on how to login, refer to this article.
Create an Account
Follow the ArcLab step-by-step guide to create an account.
To ensure that you are in the correct vendor organisation, go to the More tab and check under “Your Organisation”. If you happen to be in >1 organisation, click on the Change button to switch organisations. This is important to view the relevant shifts, and clock in and out under the organisation.
Your timesheets will be sent to the email address registered in StaffAny. Please ensure it is entered correctly to avoid delivery issues.

Clocking In & Out
You will need to clock in and out of your shift on StaffAny’s mobile app. Your assigned shift will appear on the Daily tab 6 hours before your shift.

Timesheets
After completing your shift, you will be able to view your actual timings in the app for up to 12 hours after shift ends. An email with the actual timings will also be sent to your email address.

If there are any discrepancies with the actual time, please raise it to your admin and get them to contact StaffAny within 1hr from the email being sent.
StaffAny will help to verify, amend timing and send another email with the finalised time. Do note that the amended timings will not be reflected in the mobile app.
FAQ
Time & Attendance
Q: What if I choose not to show up for my shift?
You will be marked as absent, and your vendor will take disciplinary action in accordance with their internal policy.
Q: What should I do if I forget to clock in during the shift?
A: Inform the in-store manager or your admin. They will need to raise a dispute to StaffAny. StaffAny will help to amend the timing and share the updated hours in the post-shift email.
Q: What happens if I’m late for my shift?
The clock in time will be rounded accordingly based on the client organisation's timeclock settings. If the late duration exceeds the grace period, deductions will be made to your pay accordingly
Q: What happens if I work overtime?
The clock out time will be rounded accordingly based on your organisation's timeclock settings. Extra time worked will be charged based on the shift rate.
Q: What if I have a dispute but don’t manage to raise within the 1hr window after shift end time?
If you have not been paid, we will try our best to work with vendors to process the changes. If you have been paid, StaffAny will not be able to make any further changes.
