Viewing and Posting to Wall

Share updates and spark conversations on your organisation wall to drive engagement. Post event highlights, photos, or everyday wins, and teammates can join the fun with likes and comments. This feature is only available on the mobile app.

View Wall Post

You can only view posts made by staff who either choose to post to the entire organisation or to your tagged section. There are two ways to access the wall feature:

  1. More Tab

    1. On the More Tab, tap on Wall

2. Daily Tab Shortcut

  • Displays the three most recent posts made by staff in your organisation and tagged sections

  • From the daily tab, you can:

    • Tap on Recent Wall Posts to access the organisation wall page or

    • Tap on a recent post to view the post in detail

A red counter will be displayed on both pages to show the number of new unread posts that the staff has not seen.


Create Wall Post

All staff, including part timers, are able to create a wall post for either the entire organisation or their tagged sections.

To share your event highlights, photos and everyday wins,

  1. Go to Wall page via daily tab or more tab

  2. Tap on Create Post at the bottom of the page

  3. Fill up the create post form

    Here is a breakdown on the details of each field

Field

Description

Photo Upload

  • Optional field

  • You can post up to 10 photos in JPEG and PNG format. Max file size is 5 MB per photo

* we currently do not support video and file uploads

Message

  • Mandatory field

  • Supports hyperlink and emojis

Select Section

  • Mandatory field

  • You can either choose to share your post with the entire organisation or to selected tagged section

4. Once done, tap on Post and your post will show up on the Wall page

Note: Posts cannot be edited. If you wish to amend a post, we recommend you to delete it and repost.


Delete Wall Post

All post authors are able to delete their own posts.

Additionally, to prevent inapproriate content from being posted, all owners have the ability to delete any staff’s post. Read more here.

To delete a post,

  1. Tap on the “...” button at the top right corner of a post

  2. Tap on “Delete Post

Tap on “Delete” in the confirmation modal and the post will be deleted


Interact with Others’ Post

You can like or comment on others’ post to interact with them

Like and Unlike a Wall Post

  1. Tap on the heart icon on the post to like a post.

  2. Tap on the heart icon again to unlike the post.

Comment Wall Post

  1. Tap on the comment icon on the post to go to the post detail page

  2. Tap on the text field to start typing your comment > Tap on the send button to post your comment

  3. Newly posted comments will appear at the top of the page

Delete Comment

You are able to delete your own comments but owners will not be able to delete other’s comments. To delete a comment,

  1. Tap on the “...” button on your comment

  2. Tap on the “delete comment” button. There will be no confirmation modal, the comment will be instantly deleted.


FAQ

Q: Am I able to restrict who is able to post?

A: No, all staff in the organisation is able to post on the wall

Q: Do you support video uploads or file attachments (e.g. PDF) when creating a post?

A: No, we only support photo uploads but you can attach a URL of the video in the message.

Q: Am I able to edit a post?

A: Posts cannot be edited. If you wish to amend a post, we recommend you to delete it and repost.

Q: Will new joiners be able to see past posts left on the wall?

A: Yes

Q: Can posts be viewed on the webapp?

A: No, it is only available on the mobile app
