Access Level: Owner
Every user account is tied to its unique mobile number (note: not tied to the staff's name). Hence it is important to ensure the phone number is accurate!
How to Change Mobile Number
In 'My Team' > choose a staff > click on the “Basic Information” card
Click on “Change Phone Number”
3. Enter the new mobile number
Once updated, an SMS will be sent to both the old and new mobile numbers for confirmation that the change has been made.
