There are two ways to solve this issue:
Inform your Manager and ensure you were added into StaffAny with the correct phone number. Even a single-digit entered wrongly block your usage!
Get your managers to send you your section's invite code. With the section invite code, you can send a request to join it. Your manager or owner will accept your request and you will be able to start using StaffAny. Read here to learn more.
