Logging into StaffAny requires a One Time Password (OTP) via SMS. This will be sent to your mobile to verify the login. Please read this section if you have any problems with receiving OTP when logging in.

Note: If you are using DiGi Telecommunications from Malaysia then we are unable to sent you the OTP code since they specifically blocked our SMS. We are currently working on it but in the meantime, please use the email login method below.

Log In with E-mail

Email log in method can be used as a fallback login method in the situation where staffs fail to receive the SMS OTP code for the default mobile phone number log in method. This could happen due to network or connectivity issues. Read this article to learn more on how to do so.

If you do not have an e-mail address already registered in StaffAny, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Verify you have added the correct number in StaffAny.

  2. SMS the number to see if it can receive SMS normally.

  3. Try logging in again. When a user tries to login >5 times in an hour, the account will be temporarily blocked by the system. This is implemented to prevent potential fraud cases. If you have encountered this issue, please wait for 2 hours for the system to refresh before trying again.

  4. If above steps still do not work, please fill in this form.
