Learn how to login to StaffAny with your email address

Email login method can be used as a fallback login method in the situation where staff fails to receive the SMS/WhatsApp OTP code for the default mobile phone number login method. This could happen due to network or connectivity issues.

This guide covers the following steps:


How to Login on Mobile App

  1. Open the StaffAny app and tap on Log In > Key in your mobile number and click “Next

  2. When the counter counts down to zero and you have not received the OTP PIN, select ‘Login with Email

    *Note that if you received the OTP PIN, we recommend you use the PIN to login instead

  3. Enter your email address linked to your StaffAny account and tap on Get Login Link

  4. Open your email app on your mobile device (Below is an example when using Google Mail) and you will receive an email from StaffAny with a login link.

  5. Click the login link in your email and you will be redirected to the StaffAny app logged in!


How to Login on Web App

  1. Key in your mobile number and click “Verify

  2. When the counter counts down to zero, select ‘Login with Email

    *Note that if you received the OTP PIN, we recommend you use the PIN to login instead

  3. Enter your email address linked to your StaffAny account and tap on Get Login Link

  4. Open your email app on your browser (For example below is when using Google Mail) and you will receive an email from StaffAny with a login link

  5. Click the login link in your email and you will be redirected to the StaffAny web app logged in!


FAQ

  1. Which email should I enter?

    1. This would be the email address that is associated with your StaffAny account. This email would be provided by you while registering for StaffAny or you can enter it under More tab > My Profile

  2. Help! My email is not registered / I did not receive an email with login link

    1. Contact your manager for them to update your email address in the StaffAny. To receive the login link the email that's registered on your StaffAny account needs to be the same as the one you put on the login process.

  3. Help! It says that my Magic Link is invalid?

    1. Make sure that you're using/clicking the magic link on the device you're using to login (For example if you're logging in on the WebApp in Computer/Laptop, please click the link on your Computer/Laptop Web browser instead of from your Mobile Phone and Vice Versa)

  4. What if there are new users who have yet to sign up, and wish to log in using email?

    1. While registering for StaffAny, employees can enter their email address

    2. Manager can add staff to the org, and navigate to My Teams on the webapp to add users' email to the email field
