Device Match Alert

The Device Match Alert serves as a protection against fraudulent logins.

For example

  • When John is not at the workplace but logged in using Adam's device, the following notification will appear

    • Your staff John may have logged onto Adam's Device

When action is detected, do consider the following actions:

  • Check on your staff to clarify in case there have been any misunderstandings.

  • Report to your HR for guidance on how to manage the situation appropriately according to company policies



GPS Fraud Detection Alert

The Fraud Detection Alert is a protection against fraudulent clock-ins via GPS or Geofenced timeclocks. This alert will be triggered if the system detects usage of GPS spoofing on the staff’s device while trying to Clock In or Clock out. The following notification will appear:

  • Your staff John used a fake GPS location to clock in.

When spoofing is detected, consider the following actions:

  • Check on your staff to clarify in case there have been any misunderstandings.

  • Ask the staff to turn off the fake GPS application before doing the attendance.

  • Report to your HR for guidance on managing the situation appropriately according to company policies.
