We offer multiple scheduling views for you to ensure that you can schedule and check your roster quickly and accurately.

Time Period View Options
To change the time period view of the schedule,
Go to Schedule
Click on Week View
Select the relevant view you want:
Week View (Default)
Day View
4 Weeks View
Month View
Week View
Suitable for organisations that schedule on a weekly basis, from monday to sunday.
This is the default scheduling view that has the full functionality to delete, export, copy, publish schedule and request for availability.
Day View
Suitable for organisations that want to check their manpower coverage at the day level. Learn more in this article.
Note: You cannot delete, export, copy, publish schedule and request for availability on day view.
4 Weeks View
Suitable for organisations that want to schedule and check their roster at the 4-weeks level
Note: You cannot delete, export, copy, publish schedule and request for availability on 4 weeks view.
Month View
Suitable for organisations that want to schedule and check their roster at the month level (i.e. from the 1st to the last day of the month)
Note: You cannot delete, export, copy, publish schedule and request for availability on month view.
Staff Details View Options
To change the schedule view to categorise by staff’s name, roles or availabilities,
Go to Schedule
Click on Staff View
Select the relevant view you want:
Staff View (Default)
Roles View
Availabilities View
Staff (Name) View
In the staff view, the staff’s name is displayed in each row of the schedule. This standard view is used by schedulers to assign and verify that staff are not overworked or underworked.
Roles View
In the roles view, the role is displayed in each row of the schedule. With this view, schedulers will be able to see the roles coverage for the week.
Availabilities View
The availability view is used with our shift availability feature to make it faster for you to assign staff. Learn more about the feature here.
Shift Slot View Options
You may change the viewing settings for the shift slot to view additional information, such as break details or shift name.
To change shift slot view options,
Go to Schedule
Click on View Options
Note: Only 1 toggle can be enabled at one time.
