This article will explain to you how to restrict newly onboarded staff from using their EngageAny Coins during their probation period.

Set a restriction period for your probation staff from using their EngageAny coins by the following steps:
Go to Settings > Engage > Coins Usage Restrictions
Select “After Probation Period of” and set duration of the period.
Note: This option is set to “Immediately” by default.
The start date of the probation period is based on the “Join Date” of the staff. Please make sure that all staff have their join date set before setting this restriction. Learn more about setting your staff’s Join Date here.
