The Month Total page in PayrollAny gives you a consolidated view of all payroll runs for a selected month and business entity. From here you can also download statutory submission files and all monthly payslips in one step.
This guide will cover how to:
View Month Total
To view the Month Total page:
Go to Payroll and click Month Total in the left navigation menu.
Use the month picker to select the month you want to view.
Use the Business Entity dropdown to select the relevant entity. The page defaults to the first active business entity.
The table shows a consolidated summary of all payroll runs in that month. Columns displayed depend on your payroll country.
Singapore
Column | Description |
Employee Name | Employee's full name |
Ordinary Wage | Standard wages earned in the month |
Additional Wage | Bonus or other additional wages |
Employee CPF | CPF contribution deducted from the employee |
Employer CPF | CPF contribution paid by the employer |
Total SHG Contribution | Self-Help Group contribution based on the employee's race (refer to CPF guidelines) |
SDL | Skills Development Levy |
Malaysia
Column | Description |
Employee Name | Employee's full name |
Salary | Base salary for the month |
Bonus | Bonus paid in the month |
PCB | Potongan Cukai Bulanan — monthly tax deduction |
HRDF | Human Resource Development Fund contribution |
Employee EPF | EPF contribution deducted from the employee |
Employer EPF | EPF contribution paid by the employer |
Employee SOCSO | SOCSO contribution deducted from the employee |
Employer SOCSO | SOCSO contribution paid by the employer |
Employee EIS | EIS contribution deducted from the employee |
Employer EIS | EIS contribution paid by the employer |
Indonesia
Column | Description |
Employee Name | Employee's full name |
Total Take Home Pay | Total amount to transfer to the employee. THP = (Gross Additions − Gross Deductions − Tax & Statutory Employee) + (Net Additions + Net Deductions) |
Gross Salary | Total gross amount the employee receives, including PPh Allowance |
Net Additions / Deductions | All net addition / deduction payable items |
PPh21 Deduction | Income tax deducted from the employee |
PPh21 Allowance | PPh allowance paid by the employer |
Tax & Statutory (Employee) | Total tax/statutory amount including PPh Deduction |
Tax & Statutory (Employer) | Employer-side statutory contributions |
Benefits | Benefits are not included in Total Take Home Pay |
Download Files
The Download button on the Month Total page lets you download statutory submission files and payslips. Available downloads vary by country.
Note: The Download button is only visible to users who have Employee Wage View permission.
Singapore
To download files for Singapore payroll:
Click Download on the Month Total page.
Select the file you want to download from the dropdown.

CPF Ezpay Summary Report | PDF summary report for CPF EZPay submission. Disabled if the month contains manual payroll runs. |
CPF Ezpay Submission | DTL file for CPF EZPay submission. Disabled if the month contains manual payroll runs. |
All Monthly Payslips | Download all employee payslips for the selected month in one file. Disabled if the month contains manual payroll runs. |
Monthly Payroll Report | Navigate to the Payroll Reports page filtered to this month. |
Malaysia
To download files for Malaysia payroll:
Click Download on the Month Total page.
Select the file you want to download from the dropdown.

All Monthly Payslips | Download all employee payslips for the selected month. |
KWSP EPF CSV | EPF submission file in CSV format. |

To download files for Indonesia payroll:
Click Download on the Month Total page.
Select the file you want to download from the dropdown.

Bukti Pemotongan A1 (BPA1) | A1 withholding slip. |
All Monthly Payslips | Download all employee payslips for the selected month. |

Note: Ebupot download options (BPMP, BP21, BPA1) are only visible to users with full Employee Wage View access for all staff.
FAQ
Why is the CPF download button greyed out?
CPF EZPay download options (Summary Report, Submission, and All Monthly Payslips) are disabled when the selected month contains manual payroll runs. Use the standard payroll run flow instead.
Why can't I see the Download button?
The Download button is only shown to users with Employee Wage View permission. Contact your Owner to check your permission group settings.
Why is there no data in the Month Total table?
No payroll runs have been completed for the selected business entity and month. Select a different entity or month, or complete a payroll run for the relevant period.
