Once you've finalised your payroll, you'll need to upload bank files to the banks. Our bank file export feature streamlines the process by allowing you to upload bank files directly to the bank of your choice that you previously defined during business entity setup.

This guide will cover how to upload a Standard Chartered Bank File (GIRO) on Mizuho e-Banking platform.


How to Upload Mizuho Bank File (GIRO/FAST)

Before we start, ensure that your business entity's bank details are set to Mizuho Bank Limited. To set up a business entity, please refer to this article.

Note: Please include the dashes for the account number

To export the bank file, follow the steps in this article.

  1. Open Mizuho E-banking and log in.

  2. Navigate to Instructions > Bulk Transaction > Upload

  3. In the upload process you can choose these following set up:

    1. For Payment method, please choose BU_GIRO BULK-EMP

    2. For Bulk Transactions Upload File Format, please choose GIRO

    3. For the Value Date, please select the date you want the payment to be sent to your staff. We recommend using the same Value Date as the one on your exported Bank File.

  4. On the Upload file, click on Browse… and select the bank file exported from StaffAny.

  5. After all of the necessary information already correctly inputted, Submit the bulk payment.

  6. To review the submitted payment, navigate to Instructions > Bulk Transactions > Summary List. Check for any errors in the payment details.
