This guide will cover the following:
View and Export Timesheets
In Mobile app, go to Timesheet.
Select date range > Tap on OK.
Select section.
To export, tap on export icon > Tap on the messaging app/software that you would like to export to.
Edit Clocked Records
In Mobile app, go to Timesheet > Select date range > Select section.
Tap on the clocked records of the staff that you want to edit.
Edit the details > Tap on Save.
Black: Original clocked records
Green: Edited clocked records
Tip: Update consistently weekly to save time at the end of the month while doing your salary calculations.
Here are a list of records/actions made that will show up in the Timecard History:
Staff clock in time
Staff clock out time
Any post publish schedule start / end time edits by managers
Any overrides to clock in / clock out timing a manager did
Break time a staff clocked in and out from
Duration of break a staff breaked for
Work more request requested by staff
Work more request approved / rejected by manager
Unscheduled clock in / approvals
View Location/Photo Taken When A Staff Clocked In/Out
If your staff is in a section with Web Timeclock or GPS Timeclock, you are able to view the location and/or photo taken at the time they clocked in/out in Timesheet.
In Mobile app, go to Timesheet > Select date range > Select section.
Tap on the clocked records of the staff that you want to view location/photo taken.
You will be able to view location/photo taken under More Details.
Note: There will be no location if the section is under the Web Timeclock setting
Shift Questions
If your organisation uses Employee Shift Questions, you will be able to see your employee's responses under Shift Questions.
In Mobile app, go to Timesheet > Select date range > Select section.
Tap on the clocked records of the staff that you want to view Shift Questions' responses.
You will be able to view Shift Questions' responses under Shift Questions
