TLDR: We are integrated with TraceTogether. If you had set up SafeEntry integration previously, you are good to go with this seamless transition :)
Starting 1 June 2021, the public must check in with Trace Together at high traffic venues - eg popular venues including restaurants, workplaces, schools and shopping malls. Scanning SafeEntry QR codes will no longer be valid for these places.
As such, StaffAny is shifting from the SafeEntry QR method to TraceTogether. We are doing this early, to ensure all teams have sufficient time for a smooth operational transition!
How It Works
If the section has setup the TraceTogether integration:
After staff clocks in, the TraceTogether app will open automatically! (see 1st video below)
If TraceTogether is not installed, staff will be directed to the app store. In this case staff can opt to use the TraceTogether token as well. (see 2nd video below)
What Your Staff Will See
Upon the app update, your staff clock-in will look like this.
For staff who have either (1) not downloaded the TraceTogether app yet or (2) prefer to use their token to clock-in, they will see this reminder message.
