Access Level: Owner/Manager/Supervisor/Employee

Having problems downloading or launching the StaffAny app?, it could be because you’re on an older version of Android/iOS. Here’s how to check your OS version of your device!

Note: StaffAny requires you to have at least an Android 5 (Lollipop) and iOS 13!

Android

  1. Open the "Settings" app on your Android device. You can usually find this app in your app drawer or by swiping down from the top of the screen and tapping the gear icon.

2. In the Settings menu, scroll down and look for the option labeled "About Phone" / "About Device" or something similar. Tap on it to proceed.

3. In the "About Phone" section, you should see an option called "Android Version"or something similar. Tap on it.

4. Here, you will find information about your Android version, including the version number and the name of the release.

iOS

  1. Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone. This app is usually located on your home screen and has an icon that looks like gears.

2. In the “Settings” menu, scroll down and tap on the "General" option.

3. Within the "General" section, you'll find an option called "About" Tap on it.

4. On the "About" page, you will see various pieces of information about your iPhone, including the "Software Version." This will display your iOS version, such as "iOS 14.7" or "iOS 15."

What should I do if my phone is not on the recommended OS version?
