This guide will cover the following:

Customer Review: Google Review

Incentivise your staff to gather more customer reviews, helping the business gain more traction and presence.

Currently, we only support pulling customer review data from your Google Business account. Coins will be awarded to participants of a section for each qualified review that the section received. (The qualified review for the challenge depends on what is configure in the reward milestone.) Learn more about integrating your Google Business with EngageAny here.

Once you have integrated your Google Business with EngageAny, you can set up this challenge and let it run. The system will automatically pull all your reviews from Google Reviews into EngageAny.

Configuring Reward Milestone

When configuring the Reward Milestone of this goal type, you are required to indicate the Star Rating that will be considered as a Qualified Review.

Note: We only support Single Milestone for this challenge. This challenge is a section-based challenge where all participants in the section will be awarded when the goal is achieved.

Selecting Participating Section(s)

While creating the challenge, you are required to select the participating section(s). All staff tagged to the section will automatically participate in the challenge, you can also remove staff you don’t want to participate in the challenge.

Viewing Challenge Progress

The challenge table displays various information as follows:

  • Rank: Shows the ranking of sections based on the highest amount of qualified reviews received

  • Section: Shows sections that are participating in the challenge

  • Qualified Review: Shows the number of reviews that hit the challenge rating target

  • Coins Earned: Shows amount of coins that each of the staff in that section will receive

  • Action: View reviews that were sent in

Note: If you wish to add a new participant to an ongoing Customer Review Challenge, we recommend that you add the new participant to the challenge on the day when they are working on their first shift.

Important Note: Coins will be given out daily at 8 am when the system checks the amount of qualified reviews received from the day before. Participants in that section will receive the coins automatically.

Selecting “View Review” will display the reviews that were sent in by customers within the challenge period. You can filter the reviews based on Star Rating.
