In alignment with the Singapore government’s efforts to further curb the spread of COVID19, new regulations will be implemented after 13 September 2021. All staff will be required to undergo Rostered Routine Testing once every week. In addition, after 1 October 2021, the testing frequency will vary based on the staff’s vaccination status. Here are some links to read more on these new regulations:

At StaffAny, we understand that these regulations also mean extra processes and work for your team, which can be quite a hassle! On top of our existing features such as Staff Shift Questions and TraceTogether/MySejahtera integrations, we are happy to share that we have created 2 new features - Staff Tags for Vaccination Status, as well as COVID-19 Test Reminders :) These features help you stay compliant with the new Safe Management Measures (SMM) and maintain visibility over your team’s status.

Check it out!

New Features

Staff Tags for Vaccination Status

With Staff Tags, you can now indicate if your staff has been vaccinated on their profile! This makes it easier for you to stay on top of things and also make operational plans accordingly, so as to remain compliant and socially responsible.

Staff tags can also be used to keep track of food health certifications, training status, probation status, and many more! To learn more about how to set this up, click here!

COVID-19 Testing Reminders

Rostered Routine Testing will be different when the new regulations kick in on 13 Sept 2021 (Once every week regardless of vaccinations status) and on 1 Oct 2021 (Vaccinated staff has to be tested every 2 weeks, and non-vaccinated staff, 2 times per week).

Worried about forgetting COVID-19 testing dates? Fret not! With our COVID-19 Testing Reminders, you can set recurring reminders based on your VoRT regime to alert your staff on their upcoming tests.

Set your reminders by simply selecting the checkbox to enable the reminder and set the number of days.

What happens when I enable this reminder?

The day when this reminder is enabled is counted as Day 0.

Eg. On Monday, you set the reminder to be sent every 3 days. This means Monday is Day 0. The reminder should be sent on Day 3.

Staff Shift Questions

We offer default COVID19 related questions on our Shift Questions feature to gather information about your staff’s well-being before, during, and after their shift. These default questions include:

  • Clock-In and Clock-Out Temperature

  • Have you traveled outside Singapore within the last 14 days?

  • Do you have flu-like symptoms (E.g fever/cough/runny nose/sore throat or loss of taste/smell etc)?

  • Did you (in the past 14 days) come in close contact with someone who (i) is a confirmed COVID-19 case; OR (ii) is part of a COVID-19 cluster?

To learn more about this, take a look at our Shift Questions article here.

If you would like to set up the above default COVID-19 shift questions or create customizable questions, please chat with us through our helpline.

TraceTogether & MySejahtera Integration

StaffAny has integrated both Tracetogether (for our Singapore users) and MySejahtera (for our Malaysian users) to assist with your staff’s contact tracing. After clocking in or out on StaffAny, your staff will be instantly redirected to the contact tracing app to check-in or out.

To learn more about this, take a look at our Trace Together article here and our MySejahtera article here.
