Our invite code feature makes it quick and easy to add staff to your team via their mobile number - no more manual data entry required! Once they've submitted their request, all you need to do is approve it and they'll be added to your team.
This guide will cover the following:
Each invite code is unique to a section/department in the organisation on StaffAny, and only owners can enable or disable the use of invite codes.
How to Enable
Follow the instructions to enable invite code for your section:
On the webapp, go to Settings > Sections
Select the section that you want to enable the invite code for
Select the Invite Code tab
Click on the toggle to enable the invite code
Press Save
Upon saving, you will be able to see the invite code for the section
How to Disable
Follow the instructions to enable invite code for your section:
On the webapp, go to Settings > Sections
Select the section that you want to disable the invite code for
Select the Invite Code tab
Click on the toggle to disable the invite code
Press Save
