How It Works

General

  1. In Web app, go to Settings - Organizations - General.

  2. Hover over the circle > Click on it > Select to upload your picture.

Note: If you're using our Payroll feature, the uploaded picture here will also be used as the logo in the payslips that will be sent to your staffs once it's published!

Make sure that you're logo is at least a 500x500 pix in width and length!

  3. Edit your organisation details > Click Save.

Note:

For each field, they have a maximum character limit of 255 characters.

Special Dates

Weekend: recurring days you can set to indicate if it’s a recurring event.
Event: one-off days you can set to indicate if it’s a public holiday or private event, etc.

  1. In Web app, go to Settings > Time and Attendance > Special Dates.

  2. To add Weekend, click on Add Weekend > Edit the details > Click Confirm.

  3. To add Events, click on Add Event > Edit the details > Click Confirm.

In case an Event happens on a day that is configured as a Weekend already, then we will consider it as an Event. (Event takes precedence)

Once set up, a blue badge with an initial E will indicate that day as special dates on Schedule.
